The second skyscraper Neva Towers was put into operation

On November 23, 2020, the Committee for State Construction Supervision of the city of Moscow issued a permit to commission the facility for Tower 1 of the Neva Towers multifunctional complex.

Construction of the second phase of the ultra-modern multifunctional complex began in March 2014. Tower I with a height of 302 meters and the stylobate part that unites the complex includes a premium class A business center Neva Towers (from 1st to 26th floors), 690 apartments (from 28th to 68th floors), a shopping gallery with an area of 7,000 m2 and parking for 2,040 parking spaces.

The Neva Towers complex is not only the first multifunctional center in Russia built according to LEED standards, but also a concept unique for the Moscow City business cluster with its own park recreation area. The “dry” fountain in front of the towers with street bakeries and coffee houses creates an amazing and desired atmosphere in the very center of the metropolis.
