Aura Surgut is a shopping and entertainment centre project developed on a 13 Ha land in Surgut city, Russia. The shopping centre has a total building area of 98.000 sqm and a GLA of 66.000sqm. Aura Surgut offers a mix of retail and entertainment uses and comprises of 170 stores, with well-known Russian and international retailers such as O’Key hypermarket, Karo Film, Cosmik Entertainment Center, Mediamarkt, Mothercare, Uyuterra, H&M, Adidas and Inditex Group (Zara, Bershka, Bull&Bear,Oysho, Massimo Dutti, Zara Home and Stradivarius). Aura Surgut is the first large shopping mall located in Surgut.
Locational Highlights
The property is located in Surgut city, which is within the Siberian region, about 2,300 km and 2,200 km east of Moscow and St. Petersburg, respectively. Surgut is the largest city of the oil and gas rich Khanty-Mansiyskiy region and the second largest city of Tyumen Oblast.
The property is located approximately 4.5 km from the city’s CBD and 8 km from Surgut Airport. It strategically lies near the intersection of the Aeroflotskaya Street and Neftejuganskoe Highway, which are both busy arterial routes and the main entrances to the city.
