Ali Ihsan Mutlu, CEO and Member of the Board of Directors of Renaissance Development:
“Renaissance Development has launched a new project under the Neva brand in Izmir in Turkey – Neva Yali Izmir – a premium residential complex on the first coastline, which has no analogues in the city. The region of Izmir is special for Turkey, it is a developed economic and industrial center surrounded by luxurious resorts, history and Mediterranean nature. The city is developing at a rapid pace, we see a high potential in it and, therefore, have chosen to develop residential real estate in Turkey.”
Ekaterina Belova, Member of the Board of Directors of IBC Real Estate: “Izmir is one of the most promising and developing areas in Turkey. Located on the coast of the Aegean Sea, the city has good transport hubs and connects several regions at once: Cesme, Urla, Alacati, Ephesus, as well as the Greek island of Chios. This year, direct flights from Izmir to Moscow were opened. The number of luxury hotel bookings by Russians for the summer of 2023 has almost tripled year-on-year, which demonstrates the demand for premium locations in Turkey (Bodrum and Izmir). In addition, direct flights from Izmir to most capitals and major cities in Europe make Izmir popular with more and more travelers and businessmen.”
Ekaterina Belova noted that Turkish Izmir, where the new premium project Neva Yali Izmir from the developer Neva Towers Moscow is located, is the third largest city in Turkey and the second largest port in the country. In addition, the city has a rich infrastructure, including attractive and high-quality tourist spots, major ports, transport hubs, a wide range of shops of different segments and restaurants.
